The Office also provides services to finalize all procedures concerning the conversion of the legal entity of the enterprise from an establishment to a company or from a company to a specific type of company as required by its interest. Added to that, the provision of new services arising out of the continuous development and amendment of laws and regulation in Saudi Arabia. The services provided also extend to include those pertaining to registration of trademarks, franchise contracts, registration of commercial and exclusive agencies, patents and everything that preserves the financial, commercial and intellectual rights of the enterprise.
