Among our absolute keenness on the interests of our customers, some of works may arise and have to be provided to our customers as a token of support whenever requested by them. For instance, but with limitation, this includes the following:
- Attending General Assembly and Board of Directors meetings on behalf our corporate clients.
- Implementing the administrative structure of the enterprises according to the nature of their business activity and corporate requirements.
- Preparing the Articles of Association for the Joint Stock companies.
- Preparing the corporate governance for the companies subject to this policy.
- Organizing the internal regulations of the enterprise and have them authenticated by the competent authorities.
